I work between 8 to 12 hours a day. It's very demanding and hours vary. I have 2 toddler boys. I share 50/50 custody with their dad on a 2 day rolling schedule. Light house keeping, meal prep, educational activities, and potty training assistance are the main responsibilities outside of the obvious.
