Hello to this community! Extremely proactive with this lead time, but I'm currently due with my first son in November. Looking for full time help starting in July 2026 in Hermosa Beach, Monday - Friday from 9 - 4:30pm daily. We do not have any pets, and live in a very clean, small home on a quiet street. I work a full time job remotely/ from home, and my husband works down in Newport Beach every day. Looking for someone with 4+ years of experience to treat our boy with warmth & joy! APPX HOURS ARE:
7:30-3:30pm 3x a week and 7:30-7:30pm 2x a week.
Our ideal caregiver is CONSISTENT, flexible and full of energy! She brings a great mood to work each day. She likes to be active and engaged. Our son loves to play and learn and we want someone who is excited to play and participate in actives. Training in RIE or early childhood development is highly desired.
Additional needs include having a reliable car, a non-smoker. CPR certified.
Bonus if you are willing to travel with our family.
We would also prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, and healthy meal prep is a must.

Austin is joyful and curious, and is always looking for someone to play with. He loves going to the park and the beach. He needs a nanny 2 days a week, for about 8 hours each day (from 8-4). His parents both work in education and are hoping to find someone to take care of Austin while he continues to grow up way too quickly!
The days we are thinking are most likely Wednesday and Friday, but we could be flexible on those. The only expectations would be to keep him safe and have fun together:)
