Part-Time Nanny Job: The Schickner Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a long-term nanny for 2 children in Elkridge, with another on the way!
Oldest daughter is 4 years old and is in school full-time. The youngest daughter is 21 months old and starts part-time daycare at the end of June (3 half days a week).
Need someone to help out with after school and evenings at least a couple days a week. This includes dinner, bath and bedtime routine. Once the baby is born (due in January), we may need additional help with before school morning routine.
Position would be Monday-Friday. However, we are looking for someone that would be open to traveling with the family on vacation as well.
Most importantly, we would love someone that is interested in being with us long-term (1-2 years, potentially longer).

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ravendhran Family with 3 Children
We are looking for a summer nanny to start asap! Until June 18, the hours would be around 3/4-7. After June 18, would be something around 10-6. But could be flexible to a certain extent depending on your needs. We need a driver with their own car, non smoking, ideally over 18, and willing to be paid officially (and not under the table).
We need someone who is an ally (LGBTQ+), and who “gets” neurodiversity. Also, we have a pool and kids would spend a lot of time in the pool, so swimming is a must.
You would pick up our 16 year old from his summer job. He is transgender and on the spectrum. His name is Damian. He loves waxing loquacious about Manga and the characters he is creating for his own future graphic novels. Most of your time would be spent with the social butterfly, Veda — who is 10, and a people person; and Rishi — 13, will be away at summer camp for 3 weeks, but when he returns, he will likely want to be dropped off at friends houses, or have friends over to swim and play Minecraft / build Lego worlds in the basement. Bonus points if you like to teach organization strategies to neurodivergent kiddos!! I’m a pediatrician, and my husband is a pathologist. We write a lot of recommendation letters for students for various levels of education and training (including college, grad school, residency) and would totally write one for you, if requested!!

I work from home and need help with my 4 month old during the day when I have meetings. Someone to play with him, take him for walks, light housework like picking up toys, lay him down for naps and feed him if necessary (he’s exclusively breastfed at the moment but I have plenty of milk pumped). 20 hours a week M-F. Occasionally, if comfort level is there on both ends, can take her on short fields trips to library and playgrounds. We need someone who can work Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm.
