We are looking for a warm, energetic nanny to join us full-time. Our toddler is hilarious + curious. Our baby is calm, snuggly, and smiley.
Mon-Fri, 9am-5 or 6pm
We're looking for someone who:
Lights up around kids and brings real energy to play
Has experience with both babies and toddlers
Can confidently handle both at once (but mostly the baby, only 1-2 hrs/day with both)
Comes with strong references
What you'll do:
Active play and hands-on with toddler, a lot of energy :)
Attentive baby care: feeding, soothing, tummy time, reading

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ellsworth Family with 1 Child
We are due with our baby in October, 2026 and are looking for a nanny to start with us mid January. Ideally we will need someone M, W, Fr 9am ish - 3pm ish (can also swap around days if necessary). WHAT WE PROVIDE:
-We hope to find someone who can be part of our family for many years and would be happy to include you in many parts of our lives.
-Guaranteed hours: We treat the hours that we have budgeted as an obligation. 20 hrs/MONTH during the school year and 20 hrs/WEEK during summer.
-Somewhat flexible schedule: While we NEED care when preschool is out so that we can work, we are flexible on the other days. On months when school is fully in session, we would sit down with you and decide on a mutually beneficial schedule.
-Planned out schedule: We know months in advance when school breaks are and can set the majority of the schedule far in advance
-We pay the employer portion of nanny tax
-$18-21/hr
-PTO: 1hr PTO for every 20 hours worked
WHAT WE NEED:
-Dependability
-Gentle, responsive care. Patience. Warmth.
-Love of (or at least willingness to play) outdoors

-Spanish language would be a huge
-Light cooking, cleaning, errands
-Walking two well behaved dogs
-We do not desire any academics at her age. I’d rather focus on learning through play, being a kid, and maybe helping do one chore in a fun way to increase her confidence.
-We have a full roster of caring and kind sitters who save the day. Now we are looking for one consistent carer who is available for most of our schedule, which is:
---School year:
-----occasional help with pick up at preschool (hours 4pm-6pm)
-----9am to 4pm when school is out for teacher development days or school holidays
-----date days or nights (we are not night owls and anticipate little night care)
---Summer break:
------Care Monday-Thursday
------Hours typically between 9am and 4pm
------Shuttling to summer camps and activities (mileage paid)

We have a full schedule ready to provide. We are flexible in working with days you need off, just appreciate as much notice as possible. The kids are responsible for getting themselves ready each morning, and the expectation is that this is done by the time you arrive. We like the kids to start the morning with some school work just to keep fresh. Could be reading in the park, or a fun science experiment too. Doesn’t have to be just school books. After some school work, the sky is the limit. We love the kids to do outdoor adventures, try new things, and have as much fun as possible . Screen time is a no-no, except for very rare FUN (That is usually earned through awesome behavior). We want someone fun, but that is able to hold the kiddos responsible for the chores/responsibilities they have. We love positive re-enforcement, and believe our job is to help the kids learn and grow as individuals. We usually pay a 15$ base rate, and one dollar per kiddo you have! You would have access to our vehicle to tour the kiddos around, and an account for adventures such as ice cream, movies, arcade, etc.
