Babysitter Job: The C Family with 1 Child

We are adopting, and we expect to be home with our baby in early July. We do not have grandparents in town, and we are looking for someone loving and dependable to help our family. I am a former teacher and worked as a nanny when I was in school, so I would especially love to work with a nanny who is studying to work with children or families in some capacity.

We will need someone to look after our baby in our home about 12 to 20 hours a week. This would be mostly during the day, but we would love an occasional evening of babysitting. Help with dishes, baby's laundry, and other light housework would be great. We would also appreciate it if you could run the occasional errand.

We are very flexible and can work around your school schedule. We will pay $15/hour as a starting salary, but considering education, experience, and quality of care, we would love to pay more to someone who is a great fit for our family.

Current infant CPR certification is required. Experience with newborns and/or infants would be great! The main thing is that you are patient, kind, and love children.

We have three cats, so our nanny would need to be comfortable with cats.

I’m a SAHM of 4! Kylei is 8 and attends i3 Academy and is in 2nd grade. Khoda is 5 and attends YMCA youth center downtown she’s in Pre-K! Kosmic is 2 and she’s at home with me during the day and Klassic is 6 months and with me during the day as well. I would need assistance Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Monday for carpool pick from school around 1:45/2 and then straight to dance from 4-6:15. On Wednesday the same carpool pick from school around 1:45/2 and then straight to dance from 4-6 and then Thursday just for carpool pick from school around 1:45/2 and then straight home.
So I would you need your for carpool pick up for Khoda and Kylei only. You would pick up Khoda first and then go to i3 academy and get in the carpool line for Kylei.
