A little bit about us

I am interested in hiring someone to help my daughter. She has two boys - 14 and 7 years of age. My daughter will need to have Nanny/Housekeeper take them to school in the morning and be there in the afternoon when they get home. (They usually ride the bus home). The older childmay walk home. She also has two small dogs that are gated to stay in the kitchen. She will need someone from 6-8:30 in the morning and 2:30- 8:00 in the evening four days a week with fluctuating day off each week. She usually has Monday off but occasionally has to change her day off to another day in the week. Household duties most likely will include:
1. loading and unloading dishwasher
2. picking up and putting items away in the kitchen, living area, boys rooms and boys bathroom
3. preparing breakfast and dinner
4. After meal cleanup
5. Sweeping/Vacuuming kitchen, living room, hall, bedroom floors
6. Mopping kitchen floor daily
7. Mopping living room, bedroom and bathroom floor once a week.
8. Cleaning boys bathroom sink and toilet daily
9. Letting dogs out in the backyard in the morning and afternoon.
My daughter's house is small - around 1350 square feet.
