There will be a lot of support and flexibility with the adults in the house but the main job would be to keep the kids occupied with age appropriate engaging activities, getting them down for a nap, and giving them lunch in the mornings from approximately 8:00 to noon. I do ask for light house keeping, just keeping up with the mess that he usually makes. Willing to change diapers, and do a little bit of learning during the day. Other than that we are very lenient and understanding. Activities are encouraged!
