A little bit about us

Looking for a professional and loving long term nanny urgently for 15 month old twins in West Chester. This will involve coming from 9 am to 4 pm daily (hours may increase by 1-2 hr in the next 2 months or so). The nanny will be engaging the twins in playtime, feeding them meals prepared by me, reading to them, putting them down for naps, and light cleaning after feeding and play. No other chores expected. I have not sleep trained my babies and don't plan to do that. I hope that the person can develop some structured and independent play for them. We are a fully vaccinated household and expect the same from nanny as one of our babies is at high risk of respiratory infections. Having previous childcare experience is must. I can do both cash and payroll.
