CPR/First Aid required. Montessori experience is a plus. Long-term fit preferred.

He's stubborn and highly intelligent and needs an adult that can stay calm and avoid getting into power struggles with him. My schedule is often unpredictable but I would like someone to be with my kids to help enforce positive behaviors and accountability between 2:00-7:00 after school 5 days per week, plan fun activities to help keep them busy after school instead of sitting in front of the TV. I would also like help keeping up on some common housework so I can enjoy my time with the kids when I am home instead of having to spend all of my free time catching up on chores. I do have 2 dogs. Dad will be around during the day as well but we would expect the Nanny to perform most of the childcare with some supervision. We are looking for someone who is willing to deal with flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, as Mom is a physician with unpredictable hours and is often on call. We also have two boys aged 1. 5 and 3 years who go to day care full time during the week, but the Nanny would be expected to help with them if around in the evenings or weekend. We would like to schedule interviews and some trial days in February prior to Mom returning to work in March 2019. Infant experience required. Experience with multiples preferred. Pay on the books, can be either salaried or by the hour.
