A little bit about us

I work nights and dont get much sleep for my 10 hr night shifts until peak the my nights will be 11 to 12hrs. I have two girls and two dogs.. I only need some one to be here mondays from 10 to 1pm and tuesday to wednesdays from 1130 to 230pm. Now i am trying to find a day job once we find a reliable babysitter/nanny. I would need someone here to get my youngest off the bus by 1130 to 1155 is when she gets off the bus. my oldest would be only watched when there is no school for she gets off the bus by 306 to 312.. My youngest does have a behavioral problem that we do try to work on everyday for. she is just very motional to everything an very unpredictable. my oldest has a speech problem so shes a little hard to understand for those who aint use to her type of speech..
