We would prefer a nanny who has experience with special needs such as autism (although if you have no knowledge and willing to understand, then we'll make an exception).
The ideal nanny would have lots of patience, energy, and can entertain both kids while both parents are working. You'll mostly be babysitting in our home with time starting from 10am - 6pm. TBD. We have a small dog, Bella she is a chihuahua mix.
