Part-Time Nanny Job: The Zech Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a caring, dependable nanny/caregiver for our 2-year-old daughter, Isabelle. Isabelle has Rett syndrome and is a very sweet and happy child. She currently does not walk or talk independently and needs assistance with feeding and daily care.
We are looking for someone available 3–5 days per week, with shifts typically ranging from 4–8 hours depending on availability and scheduling needs. We are very flexible on days and times and are happy to work around the right person’s schedule. We would also occasionally like help for date nights or evening coverage.
Experience with special needs children is appreciated but not required for the right person. More important to us is finding someone patient, attentive, compassionate, and reliable who is comfortable learning Isabelle’s routines and needs.

I work on fort Bragg as a civilian contractor. We’ve been in Fayetteville almost 2 years this December. Since my daughter been in daycare she’s been getting sick often and I have to take off work with no pay. I work Monday through Friday 8 hours. Normally 7-330 and sometimes we have to work 10 hours if there’s a holiday coming up. Last year I decided to resign because of my daughter being sick a lot and she wasn’t getting sick when at home.
