Full-Time Nanny Job: The Broad Family with 1 Child
We are a warm, professional family looking for a nanny to care for our 3-month-old little guy. We are looking for full-time support, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting on (or around) September 1, 2026.
Our family:
Dad works remotely full-time, and Mom works a hybrid schedule, splitting her time between the office and home. We value a collaborative relationship and are looking for someone who feels like a natural extension of our family.
What we are looking for:
Since our little one is in a major developmental phase, we are looking for a caregiver who:
- Loves the "infant stage"
- Is engagement-focused: beyond basic care, we would love someone who prioritizes "floor time," reading books, and age-appropriate sensory play to help our baby reach their next milestones.
- Communicates well: Since we work from home, we appreciate clear communication throughout the day regarding feedings, naps, and all the "firsts."
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced with infants
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable with parents being home
- Up to date on all infant-related safety (CPR/First Aid)
What we offer:
- A friendly, respectful, clean, and organized home environment
- Competitive pay
- We are looking for care for at least the next year and potentially longer (Mom is finishing a training program in July/August 2027)
- We have no pets
If you are a patient, loving, and experienced infant caregiver, we would love to meet you!

Full-Time Nanny Job: The IRABA Family with 1 Child
Babysitter Job: The Fansey Family with 2 Children
We would like to establish a relationship with someone who can eventually become our family nanny. Also, my husband and I would like to take a vacation by ourselves once in a while so we need a nanny who is able to watch our two girls for a few days a week at least once or twice a year by themselves.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Bryan Family with 1 Child
Hello! My family is excited to move to Ann Arbor this summer, and we're looking for a nanny beginning sometime between July and September. I work part-time and have some flexibility when creating a schedule with a nanny. About 3 days/week, 25hrs/week would be ideal. We'd love to participate in a "nanny share" to facilitate additional social interactions with a buddy who lives nearby, if possible.
Lila is a social, adventurous toddler (born Oct. 2023) who loves exploring the outdoors, trying to engage our dog in play, and reading together. She has previously attended daycare, and she loves interacting with both peers and adults. Our dog Griffin is a sweet 13 lb, non-shedding doodle. Dog care is minimal, just letting him out for a potty break. Griffin will probably want to hang out around you and Lila.
Our dream nanny is friendly, supportive, patient, and engaged with the world. Lila would love to participate in the activities you're passionate about with you- art, music, outdoor adventures, cooking, language learning, yoga, etc. Prior experience nannying, babysitting, or teaching and knowledge of child development is ideal.
