A little bit about us

Hiya! Thanks for checking out this description. I'm looking for a nanny for our son Aston. My wife and I both return to work starting January 16th. Both of us do work from home so hopefully that should make things easier as we would be helping out as much as needed throughout the day. Aston is a pretty relaxed kid. Currently has about a two hour wake window with 3 naps. Normally the naps are [phone number hidden]. Aston was born 8 weeks early which made things challenging in the beginning, but he's doing much better now. Right now he's about 5. 5 months old. He's working on crawling and sitting, pretty calm temperament, and likes to talk.

Mon-Thurs: 10am — 4pm
Friday: 10am — 3pm
Start date: January 16, 2022

I have twins (boy/girl) that are 10 months. They are super sweet, friendly, and happy babies that like to roll around and play with blocks. My husband and I work from home but are looking for a part-time (2-3days per week) nanny/babysitter with the potential to become full time. We need someone who is willing to do developmental games, feedings, walks outside, and help with cleaning the twins bottles, keeping the nursery tidy and help with their laundry is a plus but not mandatory. We have a super friendly dobbie but he will either be locked up or at daycare during the day. However, someone who is good with pets is strongly preferred. We are the McClintock's! We have an 18 month old boy born in June 2022 named Daniel.
We are in search of a full time nanny to start mid-late January to care for our very energetic 1.5 year old son
Schedule: Full time; Mon and Tuesday will mostly likely be 9.5 to 10 hour days from around 7:30/ 7:45 to 5:15/ 5:30 ish, Wed and Thursday 8 hour days. It would be fantastic if we could get additional help either Wed or Sat evening for 4 hours each. Or you can choose just to work during days for 36 hours/ week. Fridays will be off. Please be willing to be flexible with the schedule as it may change slightly.
Must: Drive/ have your own car (we live in Potomac, MD - very close to Cabin John shopping center/ Winston Churchill High School)
Must: be willing to be paid on a payroll (ie - taxes will be taken out of paycheck and must be able to show permission to work in the U.S.)
Must: be willing to take our son outside everyday 1-2x per day for at least an hour each/ be creative in play
Must: be willing to help me with tidying, light cleaning, unloading the dishwasher, folding baby laundry, etc
Preferred: Speak some Spanish
**Note: we are expecting 2nd baby this summer so must be willing to care for 2 starting at some point in the early fall. We will increase pay when caring for 2 kids of course!
