Most importantly I am looking for a match for our family. Someone that can be extra support for us. I have two very sweet and very easy kiddos one 9 and one 1. We are all busy with work and activities and travel a good bit. The amount of work would be dependent upon how well it goes. Could be as many or as few hours as the nanny needs really as long as it’s the right fit for us.
