Looking for a baby sitter for our 10 month old. My wife and I both work full time with fluid schedules. She is currently pregnant with our second child and could use help some evenings and on weekends. We also have a small dog who will follow you around a sleep most of the day.

If the Nanny will sit at our home, the Nanny should know that I have a dog that is kid and person friendly and is not food aggressive however, I will feed her in the morning and she can spend the day either outside or in her crate as the weather will dictate.
