A little bit about us

Hello. I'm Emily. I'm researching childcare options. My partner, Sam, and I are expecting our first child due in March 2024. We are both in the mental health field. Sam is a psychiatrist and I am a therapist in private practice. We will both be returning to work in August 2024, so our child will be 5 months old. Responsibilities will include taking care of our 5 month old while we're at work. I will be going back part time, so we're looking for someone available 20 to 30 hours a week. I will be at work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. It would also be nice to have someone available to babysit occasionally as well. We have a very friendly dog named Ernie who will be happy to have a new friend. We don't expect a nanny to take care of Ernie, other than letting him outside in the back yard. We live in a townhouse on James Island. I'm happy to chat more.
