My husband and I are moving to Severna Park this July and are looking for a wonderful nanny to help with after-school care starting in August. We’ll need a few meetups or date nights in early August to ease the transition, with regular care beginning when the school year starts, August 25.
We’ll be living in the Manhattan Beach neighborhood and have two sweet boys—ages 7 (rising 2nd grader) and 5 (starting kindergarten). Care is needed Monday through Thursday, from 2:30–5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
• Getting the boys off the bus
• Preparing a healthy snack
• Engaging them in fun, creative activities until 5
We also have two friendly cats, so comfort around pets is important. A reliable car and references are required. We’re looking for someone who is kind, trustworthy, consistent, and brings a warm, upbeat presence to our home.

We need a nanny and "house manager" for my children in Severna Park. We are expecting the 4th kid in August and mom will stay at home but will need help with school pick ups and drops offs for the older kids and watching the younger 2 or helping with activities for the toddler during the day and some evenings we will need help with sports drop off and picks ups. Will also need help with house management- laundry, dishes, tidying, vacuuming and changing of kids sheets. There may be some daytime flexibility depending on the day. Our kids love being outside and active with limited screen time and we are looking for some active and organized with a good driving record, comfortable in the water (we live in a water community) and flexible!! Hello! I am looking for a part-time nanny for my 15 month old daughter, Emmy. Start date ASAP. Days/hours would be M-F in the evenings from 5pm-8pm and on Sundays from 10am-7pm (can be flexible on Sundays if/when needed). I will be home but have a lot going on so could use extra help caring for my child.
Main responsibilities would be basic care, as well as feeding her dinner and bath time.
A little about Emmy: she’s got a BIG personality (we love it), very energetic, she’s very curious and loves exploring and getting into everything, she LOVES going on walks and just being outdoors in general, very funny sense of humor and a great laugh (she’s always cracking us up), fun-loving, and all around a pretty great kid (most the time 😉)
Must be comfortable with pets as we have a dog (small-medium in size) and 2 cats.
I’m open to hiring two people for the job - one for M-F evenings and one for Sunday’s if needed. I’m looking to pay up to $250/week - $150/week for the M-F hours and $80-$100 for Sunday’s (depending on hours worked).
