We are a warm, active family of four who values connection, balance, and creating a home that feels organized and welcoming. We enjoy outdoor adventures, family meals, picnics, hikes, and exploring the Bay Area together. Both parents work from home full-time with varied schedules, so flexibility, communication, and strong organization are essential.

As our children (ages 5 and 7) become more independent, we are transitioning from a traditional nanny role to a hybrid position focused on household management with after-school support. We are seeking someone who can bring calm, reliability, and proactive support to our home while helping create systems that make daily life run smoothly.

Who You Are:
You are an experienced house manager with prior nanny experience who is organized, adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently. You enjoy taking ownership, creating efficient systems, managing details, and supporting a busy family. We value trustworthiness, consistency, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organization systems (closets, pantry, toys, storage)
Reset and tidy spaces; prepare home for cleaners
Manage household calendars, schedules, vendors, and appointments
Coordinate donations, travel preparation, and home projects
Track supplies, manage household orders, and run errands

Provide after-school care including homework, play, snacks, and activities
Assist with school/activity transportation as needed
Prepare backpacks, clothing, and snacks
Support child-related laundry and occasional date nights

Meal & Laundry Support:

Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks
Batch cook meals 2-3 days per week
Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
Manage family laundry, linens, and household essentials

Home & Administrative Support:

Coordinate with cleaners, contractors, landscapers, and vendors
Research repairs and maintenance needs

Must be fully vaccinated
