A little bit about us

We have a 5 month old daughter, and we are looking into the options of a nanny share nearby. She is in daycare as of two weeks ago, but I am already nervous about the sicknesses and her already catching the flu. I am looking for her to still get interaction with maximum two other infants in a nanny share, and a clean and sanitized environment. I need someone with open communication and who comes with recommendations. We also would like the nanny to be certified in CPR and have a clean driving record.
