Looking for someone to help with our 15 month old baby girl. One parent is often away traveling for work and we need someone to help lighten the load with playtime and easy, nutritious meals. Ideally looking for 2-3 days a week of help during the day (roughly 9 am to 6 pm) but open to being flexible.

All three have high needs, including behavioral, sensory, and emotional regulation challenges. They are energetic, affectionate boys who need patience, consistency, structure, and close supervision.
Ideally, I need help Tuesdays and Thursdays from approximately 4–7:30 PM, with occasional Fridays, weekends, and overnight care. Responsibilities include school pickups, transportation home, playtime, meals, bedtime routines, and being available for occasional unexpected school pickups.
I'm especially looking for someone (or a couple people) who can build a lasting relationship with our family and eventually provide overnight or multi-day care when needed. Experience with autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviors is strongly preferred. A safe driving record, reliable transportation, and excellent references are essential.
I don't need a full-time nanny, but I do need someone dependable, flexible, and comfortable independently caring for three high-needs children. My goal is to find someone the boys know and trust and who can become a reliable source of support for our family. We also have friendly dogs and cats, so must be comfortable with those.

We are seeking a part-time sitter to watch our three beautiful girls while mom works from home and has meetings.. but mostly needed for date nights on weekends.. Days may vary during the week but could typically be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 12pm or 1pm to about 5pm.. Date nights typically occur Fridays or Saturdays after 5pm and at times on Sunday’s for brunch or dinner. We try and have a date night every other week or every 2 weeks (if we are able).. We have a 4year old & twin 3 year olds plus a cute little dog.. we are seeking someone to be able to clean up after the girls, make small meals if they are hungry, play with, and interact with them. 2 days a week, 7 hours per day starting at 6:45am and ending at 1:45pm at our residence. Duties would include planning and managing sensory activities, fine motor activities and gross motor activities for each day. You would also be required to do some light cleaning during her 1-2 hour nap. Montessori style, gentle parenting style and experience in early childhood education is preferred. CPR cert must be updated, clear background check, random drug testing to be expected.
