Pay is NEGOTIABLE! So just because it says 13:50 does not mean I’m offering 13.50. We will pay for the best nanny

We are seeking a reliable babysitter to care for our children with the following details:

* Schedule:
*Daily shift from 10:00AM to 5:00 PM.
(Note: The shift may occasionally end earlier if my husband’s schedule permits—)
* Responsibilities:
*Childcare: Provide attentive care for our 2 year baby throughout the day.
*School Pickup: At 2:45pm- 3:15PM, pick up our 3 other children from school.

* Location:
* Primary Preference: Babysitting at our home (located approximately 4-5 houses down from the school).
* Alternative Option: In-home care is preferred but not mandatory if necessary.

* Requirements:
* Must have a reliable vehicle to facilitate timely school pick-ups and any related errands.

We are looking for help to in order for everything to go smoothly. We unfortunately do not trust day cares. We live in a nice quiet area. Myself and my husband have 2 little girls one is 3 years old and the other is 1. My oldest is my wild child. She loves to play and run around . And my youngest is a talker but very sweet. My oldest is obedient at times but she loves to test the limits. Both babies are very food motivated. We do have a cat and a dog. Our pup is friendly and obedient. He just needs to go potty every couple of hours. And our cat well he does what he pleases. He is an inside outside cat so he comes and goes as he pleases.
