A kind family in Jersey City Heights, NJ (near Christ hospital-close to many buses and walking distance from Journal Square Path) is searching for a full time nanny for their 7-month-old baby girl starting in March ( Flexible start date). The scheduled hours are a bit flexible but ideally Monday-Friday from 9:30/10am-6:30/7pm with flexibility to stay later for parents’ evening events and the occasional date night. Guaranteed 40 hours weekly. The parents are seeking someone reliable, flexible, and loving with the happy, positive energy to enjoy the many different stages of development from infancy- pre-k years. Parents are artists with a studio just a few blocks from their home and hoping for a collaborative nanny that will be comfortable bringing daughter to the studio for a short time daily for mom to BF and to participate in their close community of artists. Seeking candidates that will be proactive in reading books, teach, play, encourage arts and nature and truly invest in their daughter. Spanish speaking is a nice plus. There is a shy, small dog and a cat at home so must be pet friendly. Vaccinated for covid required. $20 hourly for guaranteed salary plus standard vacation, holidays and sick leave.
