My husband and I just had our first child on Dec 22nd, 2021 so she will be about 3months old when I go back to work! She is the sweetest little girl, but as you could expect we are pretty biased :). Great sleeper (naps in her crib) and just needs someone to care for her while mom and dad are at work!
Dad works full time in the office and mom has some flexibility so may be around some during the day. We would need help for the full work day (8/9-5) on Tuesday and Thursdays and it would be a bonus if you were available on demand if needed the other days. Mom is in real estate and may have to leave for an hour or two Mon/Wed/Fri for showings. Otherwise we have family in the area and can lean on them if need be.
We also have a 5yr old, hypoallergenic dog that is very fluffy and lovable. He will be at home, so we would need someone comfortable with dogs. We have a backyard, so all we ask is that he is let out to use the bathroom every once and a while. Very low maintenance!
