I am looking for regular M-Th 9-5 then weekend and nights as needed. We travel 2-4 times per year for work that we will need help with. Like housework, meal prep and dog care. Needs to have a high level or proactivity and organization. Flexibility and loyalty are our main priorities outside of the expected safety and fun / calm environment needed for our kids. Hoping to find someone super long term to grow with our family and household needs.

Hi! My little one is coming in August and looking for care starting in November! My husband and I are both in sales so we have very flexible hours. Most long hours would probably be Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Thursdays would be around 4ish hours. Mondays and Fridays are usually pretty flexible for me and would need a couple hours max, if at all needed. My husband or I would be picking up and dropping off. I would estimate probably around 20-25 hours a week!
