A little bit about us

I mainly work from home and currently have an almost two year old. We are expecting twin girls in September and would like to get a rough idea of a part time nanny to help out during busy hours. Mainly the morning before nap time. My mother in law lives with us and is here to also assist but she is older and has a heart problem. I feel three kids under 3 would be hard for her.
