Hi!

We're both excited about being first time parents. Our baby is due June 26 and we're looking for a nanny starting January 4, 2025. I'm an assistant professor at UMBC in the chemical engineering department.
Responsibilities for the nanny would be to take care of the baby. They will be about 7 months in January.

We are hybrid homeschoolers. I need someone to pick up my youngest two from school and stay with them for 2 hours before I get home (3:15-5:15 Monday and Wednesday). I also need someone to do pre-planned activities with them on Fridays from 1-5, while I work from home. They are very active and love to be outdoors. We live in an area with plenty of open space, bike paths, and small playgrounds. We are walking distance to our local library as well. My main goal is for them to hang out without screens, outside when the weather permits. Next school year, we will be looking for someone to do Monday and Wednesday afterschool (3:15-5:15) and Tuesdays and Fridays 1:00-5:00.
