We are looking for a nanny share in Canton Michigan. Ideally, we would find another family looking for care for a similarly aged child (somewhere between 4 months and 7 months) and we could find a suitable nanny together. Good to share costs and to share homes (sometimes children and nanny at our home, some at your home).
Our son is 4 months old and very playful and fun, he also sleeps very well.
Looking for a nanny between 6-8 hours a day, around the range of 9am-4pm.
Limited additional responsibilities.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Hardy Family with 1 Child
Our child is expected to arrive in June 2022. We are first time parents who both work full-time. Would not require help until August 2022 at earliest currently.
Hours would vary 18-30 hours a week. Consistent 18 hours at minimum. Two days a week minimum would start at 8am/8:30am and end between 5pm-6pm. There would be one monthly Saturday night help needed hours would vary 2-6 hours depending on event. Other hours may arise as we figure out what help will be truly needed.
I work from home in corporate HR.
Typically I travel out of state every few weeks 3-4 days in a row. Overnights would not be needed yet as my parents will likely be taking care of our child during my work trips. However, they may need help during the day with the baby when I am gone. My work Travel won’t occur until September or October at earliest. October and November are my busiest time and may require extra help. My office is 10 minutes away. If I have major meetings I may work at the office on occasion though not required. My Husband works 30-40 minutes away from our home and late hours on Monday's and Thursday’s he is a car sales man. My Father(retired) will be helping out on the days we do not have a nanny.
When I have a scheduled work trip out of State in home care for infant may require drop offs at my parents home which is 20 minutes away along with our family dog (13lbs. Yorker Shih Tzu 8 years old and truly our first baby). Other drop offs to my parents home may be needed on occasion but planned well in advance.
Dog care would be required as well. Simply letting the dog in and out to our backyard and feeding when I am tied up on calls or at the office.
Require: Non-smoker, follow CDC guidelines of vaccinations required to be taking care of child. References will be asked for after a FaceTime call introduction.
