We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced nanny to care for our sweet baby boy in our home. One parent works from home full-time, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment while providing independent, attentive care.
Schedule:
* Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Every other Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Approximately 36–40 hours
* Loving, attentive care for one infant
* Bottle feeding, diaper changes, naps, tummy time, reading, and age-appropriate developmental activities
* Baby laundry, bottle washing/sanitizing, and keeping nursery/play areas tidy
* Comfortable following established routines while communicating openly about baby’s day
Qualifications:
* Previous infant experience required
* CPR and First Aid certified preferred
* Non-smoker
* Reliable transportation
* Excellent references
* Comfortable with cats (we have one very friendly, fluffy kitty)

Tacoma family and first time parents looking for care with a nanny-share or a stay at home parent who would be willing to watch our son. Currently we just need one day a week, 7:15-4 (it can be really any day but Friday). We are fully vaccinated, outdoorsy, pet-friendly (have a dog and a cat, our son loves them both). We are loving baby-led weaning/feeding and we lean towards a “Montessori” parenting style — encouraging lots of exploring and experiences to teach our little guy about the world.
