My husband and I are due early August with our first baby! We are looking for a dependable full-time nanny to start in October. We also have a 3-year-old golden retriever (Woody) who has the biggest heart and loves to play.
I work from home, so I will be around most of the day, but we live in a single-family home with plenty of space. Ideally, the hours will be 8-4pm M-F or M-TH.

The quick details: Flexible days and times. Needed 5 hours per day, 3 days per week. We have a 2 month old that is very sweet and not a difficult baby. 1 parent works from home so can assist and the other works from home 3 days per week.
The long details: The Ideal Nanny would be someone that become close with us and our child as she grows. We're not looking for a "sitter" we're looking for a long term nanny.
A typical day would be something like: Start around 9-10 am, she usually likes to go for a morning walk so that would be first. We live next to a beautiful park, and the lakefront, as well as Maggie Daley park. Then afterwards she naps for 30 mins or so. She'd need to eat when she wakes up so it'll be feeding her next. Then she usually likes to play or be read to. After that there is sort of a wildcard as sometimes she's tired, or hungry, or still wants to play more. We're open to your thoughts on activities. Another walk is always fun for her.
That's pretty much a full day, leave around 3:00. We're flexible on hours and pay. We are excited to find someone to work with.
