Mr. Johnson is a CAD and IT Consultant serving in the roles of Sr. Systems Engineer, Sr. SharePoint Engineer, Technical Lead and Manager. He has over 20 years’ experience and a strong customer service focus. He has worked on multiple projects at enterprise-level companies including Microsoft, IBM, Dell and Kimberly-Clark. Since 2005, he has specialized in Microsoft server products, technologies and integration, most notably SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Project Server and Unified Communication Technology products. This includes the technology foundations of Windows Server, Internet Information Services and SQL Server. His experience includes the design, installation & configuration of entire infrastructure environments involving the networking components and the physical and virtual servers.
In his previous roles, he has managed multiple server environments, from single-server environments to very large multiple-server, multiple-farm environments with 100,000 plus users. He has extensive experience designing and administrating SharePoint server farms, in on-premise, cloud-based and hybrid solutions. He is well-versed in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. He is skilled in creating and implementing SharePoint governance models. He has experience in PowerShell scripting.
