Seeking daytime childcare in our home for active 3-year-old

Our ideal nanny:
Genuinely enjoys actively engaging with children, no screens please
Enjoys the outdoors, we spend time outside in all weather
Flexible and compassionate with child, not rigid or overly structured
Dependability, open communication, and trustworthiness are a must

Pay $14+ depending on experience

Benefits:
Paid time off, to include all Federal Holidays
Overtime pay
Positive working environment in a clean, friendly home

Required:
5+ years experience
CPR certified
Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
Background check
Non-smoker
Comfortable with pets (1 dog)
References

Preferred:
Background in teaching, childhood education, Montessori, etc.
College degree
Second language
A love of the outdoors and animals
