Hello! My husband and I are expecting our first baby at the beginning of March and are looking for childcare options starting in June when both of us will be back to work. We will need childcare 3-4 days per week starting at 6:30am-5:30 the latest. We have a sweet 5 year old boxer dog named Zoe. We are open to childcare at our home and also nanny share options.

We are looking for someone to fill in for our regular babysitter on Wednesdays with flexible hours that range from 9-5. This is a nanny-share situation at our office in a playroom designed for this purpose (so you're just down the hall from both moms while we work). I have a 1 year old and the other mom has a 8 month old, both will have their next birthday in August. $20/hour PER KID, but flexible about when each kid is requiring care, depending on each of our schedules for that day. Our current sitter travels for weeks at a time, so this would be someone to cover those Wednesdays when she is out of town. If you're up for a flexible position with two delightful kids, please let me know. Must be willing to use positive, gentle approaches. Both moms are family therapists, so emotional validation for kiddos is a necessity.
