Hi everyone! We are looking for a caring, reliable nanny, postpartum doula, or mother’s helper in Laurel, MD beginning in early July.
Our daughter will be about 6–7 weeks old at that time. I will be home during the day, but I’m looking for someone who can help with newborn care, bottle feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and holding the baby while I pump, eat, rest, or take care of things around the house.
Hours are flexible, but daytime availability is preferred. This position may have the opportunity to continue long-term when I return to work remotely.
We’re looking for someone with newborn experience who is dependable, patient, and comfortable working alongside a parent who is home.

Our 1-year-old is very self sufficient, he is currently being potty trained, he feeds himself, knows how to put himself down for a nap and for the most part just likes to play.
the twins are very low maintenance as well they just sleep for the most part but require more attention as they are currently hitting different milestones.
It is very important we have someone who is reliable and can communicate with us if they have any changes coming to the their schedule ect.
