A little bit about us

In-Home Support for 3-Month-Old (Everett, WA): Seeking a warm, energetic caregiver to help with our 3-month-old son during the day, working alongside his grandmother and mother. Grandmother is his primary daytime companion, but unable to do heavy lifting (crib transfers, carrying, etc) due to age. My wife works from home but can't be hands-on all day due to nature of her work. We have a 3yr old medium size pet dog. She'll be watchful (not aggressive) with someone new for the first couple of hours, then warms up and starts wagging.
Role:
- Lifting/carrying & physical care
- Active play, especially mornings/afternoons (his most alert times)
- Keeping him on his feeding schedule
- Comfortable co-caregiving alongside a grandparent.
What we're looking for:
- Experience with infants (3-6 months)
- Patient, warm, and a clear communicator
- Comfortable with a family member around

Schedule: M-Th: 9 AM - 3 PM, Fr: 9 AM - 1 or 2 PM
Location: Everett, WA 98208
Start: Would like to trial a day or two on the week of July 20 and start on the July 27th
