Either way I am happy to pay a salary for consistency! I have 2 children a 20 month old mason and a almost 4 month old Blaire. i’m currently right in between part and full time so my hours are roughly between 30-35 hours a week. My schedule is all over the place so i can work anywhere from 8 am to 7 pm. Only expectation is to clean up after self and kids and occasionally take them to do fun activities and get them out of the house. i don’t expect this daily but at least once a week even if it’s just taking them on a walk or to the park to get some fresh air.
