Hi I have a baby boy who is 20 months old. The timings are Monday to Friday 8.30 am-6.30 pm. I need a nanny who is punctual, will follow instruction, will do meal prep for baby. The ideal candidate should be hands on with the baby. It will be good if the nanny can help to teach the baby some important skills. She should be able to put the baby to sleep and plan play dates. The baby follows a schedule. Would prefer someone who can speak English or hindi. would prefer someone indian. looking for someone located in new jersey who is not a student
