Ideal nanny qualities: Punctual, energetic, firm, interactive, active, communicative, and playful.
Experience: Open to all experience levels. Encourage a background in childcare.
Comfortable with a busy and sometimes loud home dynamic.
Openness to handling assistant duties, including errands and help with snacks and mealtime.
No specific vaccine requirements, but CPR/First Aid certifications are necessary.
The ability to come up with interactive/engaging activities for the children.
A pitch-in attitude is resourceful and thoughtful. Someone who is detail-oriented, fun with children, resilient, energetic, and is a team player.
Salary pay.
Major holidays off, mileage reimbursement, paid travel with the family.
