Combo of nanny and mother's helper, willing to cook with the family, dinner with son, bedtime routine, somebody who would be comfortable working alongside the parent, tag-teaming the bedtime process with a parent alongside them, someone who is open towards household management (cleaning up after dinner, dishwasher, laundry, organizing kids clothes, toy organization). Small tasks around the house.
