Part-Time Nanny Job: The Russell Family with 1 Child
I work nights 3 days a week right now but it will be 4 days soon. I need someone during the day to come for 4-6 hours just so I can get a little rest. Most likely 2x a week. Occasionally a couple hours for a date night. Some days I might ask u to do some light housekeeping but it won’t be an all the time thing except for cleaning up after yourself and the baby.
Expectations
-Be patient with my child
-Run to the store if needed (less than a mile from home)
-Play with her lots of mental stimulation so like sensory stuff just have fun and help her learn she’s really smart and catches on to stuff quickly
-Not always but sometimes housekeep so sweep, mop, dishes, wipe down counters, pick up baby room, fold clothes.
-Prepare meals for baby (you are more than welcome to our food and drinks as well)
-If you ever want to go to the park or drive around the block you can but you don’t have to but if she’s fighting her nap you might want to drive around the block it knocks her out 😂
-she has a special blanket and she needs it to go to sleep or sometimes if she’s mad just give her her blanket and she’ll calm down
-her nap is about 2.5 hours long and is anywhere between 10:45am-3pm.
-let dog outside at least twice before u leave she doesn’t run off so you don’t really have to watch her you can let her out and shut the door and she’ll wait at the porch for you to open it, or you can go out with her when you’re outside with Eden. Snoop the dog is also more than welcome to join you if you go to the park but keep her on a leash

I am an electrician, my wife is a waitress. Adrian, 6, is a bright young boy who loves animals and building with things. Adaligh, 4, is a very energetic and loving girl who has a bit of a speech problem, likely due to hearing issues that are being investigated. She can be difficult to understand and it does make her very frustrated, and she knows what she wants and can be very demanding, but responds well enough to reasons and authority. Amethyst, 2, is sweet and very cuddly, and is often described as an easy baby. She's definitely 2 and developing an attitude occasionally but it's far more often funny than difficult. There are multiple cats and a dog, but they're very easy to get along with.
