Job Title:
Part-Time Nanny for Twin 3-Year-Olds

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and caring part-time nanny to assist with our 3-year-old twins, a girl and a boy. The ideal candidate will be experienced, patient, and capable of handling the daily needs of young children, including those with occasional behavioral issues. This role involves a mix of childcare, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care for our twin 3-year-olds, Brynlee and Colton.
- Plan and engage in fun, educational activities and outings.
- Transport the children safely to and from therapy appointments and Pre-K (half-day).
- Assist with tidying up around the house.
- Help with meal preparation.
- Occasionally provide overnight care, including watching a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old.

Requirements:
- Prior experience caring for young children, particularly those with behavioral challenges.
- Exceptional patience and strong interpersonal skills.
- Safe, reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Provide references upon request.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional overnight stays.

Schedule:
- Part-time hours, primarily during the day with occasional overnight stays.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
