A little bit about us

I work mon-fri at Cumberland farms, I work 48 hours a week. And my husband works 4 days during the week and the days sometimes change.

Our daughter is 2 and she is quite a handful, she is very energetic and loves to just go go go most of the day. She has quite a personality.

We also have a 5 year old son, but he is in all day kindergarten and at most will just need to be taken to the bus stop and make sure he gets on the bus safely.

We also have a large dog, we will do the care for the dog, such as feeding him and taking him out before we leave. The most he will want is some snuggles, he is a big baby.

We are seeking a nanny for part-time care for our 3 month old infant. We currently live in Middletown, CT, and are preparing for an in-state move around June or July of this year, soon after which we’ll be looking for care for our baby full time.

We are offering a rate of $25/hr, negotiable based on experience. The start date is flexible in March. We’re looking for care roughly one to two days per week, with somewhat flexible hours during the work day. Both mom and dad are working intermittently from home.

Responsibilities/expectations include:
-General care for 3 month old (bottle feeding, diapers, following age-appropriate wake windows and nap schedule, play mat/tummy time, possible walks, etc.)
-Willingness to do some light housekeeping (i.e. washing dishes and washing/sanitizing bottles, doing baby laundry) is a plus. Extra plus for willingness to do basic meal prep.
