A little bit about us

Our child is Crosby and he is 13 months. So far my wife and I have both exclusively worked and cared for Crosby at home. We both now need to go into the office 2 days a week. So, we are now looking for someone who could watch Crosby for those 2 days while we’re at work. We don’t currently know the specific days yet. We would prefer but are not limited to a nanny with children of their own to possibly bring along to socialize with Crosby. We also have 4 dogs from small to giant sized just for full disclosure. However, we currently keep the dogs separated and are not constantly wandering the house.

I have a 4 year old son who is in daycare. Looking for care outside daycare hours (daycare is 7am-6pm). My work schedule shifts and hours change every 2-4 weeks. Meaning I alternate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with my work hours ranging from 9-14 hours per day. I was hoping to find someone who might be comfortable with me providing free room and board in exchange for transportation to and from daycare, along with just 1-3 hours per day of actual baby sitting outside daycare hours. This would allow for our nanny to take on other jobs for hire during the regular daycare hours to have alternative source of income. I am fine with nanny share as well. The biggest thing is my schedule changes frequently, so the hours would vary. I would also need help with transportation to sports practice and meal prep depending on my schedule.
