Babysitter Job: The Kramer Family with 1 Child

A little bit about us

Looking for a Nanny for my 18mo old son. My husband and I both work shift work and we need someone when my mother is not available. This will be occasional for now but we are planning on having a second child and then it will be once or twice a week 12-24 hours at a time.
We have 2 dogs and 3 cats that live indoors with us. We also have chickens! You would be expected to feed the dogs and let the chickens out in the mornings and put them away in the evenings.
As far as housework, maybe just vacuum once daily and do the dishes as the day goes.
We would like someone with experience and CPR certified.
