Key Responsibilities
* Prep & Laundry (2:00–3:00 PM): Manage the boys' laundry (wash, fold, put away), prep healthy snacks, empty the dishwasher, and tidy up before pickup.
* Pickup & Transit: Safely pick up the boys from school/bus and drive them home or to activities.
* Afternoon Routine: Keep boys on track with homework, guide them through tasks, and engage creatively.
* Light Upkeep: Help boys unpack bags, wash lunchboxes/dishes, and ensure play areas are neat before parents get home.
Ideal Candidate
Dependable, proactive, and positive. You can balance being an engaging mentor to two boys while maintaining clear boundaries around homework and safety. Strong communication and ability to work independently are essential.

* Experienced with childcare and family/child laundry.
* Clean driving record, valid US license, and a safe, reliable vehicle.
* Pass background checks and provide excellent childcare references.

It will be an hour and a half (1.5 hrs) in the morning and two (2) hrs in the afternoon. The care will involve taking her to school and picking her up, making sure she is engaged and learning, and overall just among sure she is happy! Some light cleaning (only the child’s things) and her laundry would be nice. We have two dogs and a cat, but they are would not be the caregiver’s responsibility.
