My son is 3 years old and we both work and we would like to hire a Nannie who can help him learn and take care of him. We tried day care. But, the problem is hygiene over there and that is one of the main reason why we want to have the care at home. We need 8:30 to 6 PM. But, most of the times we come by 5:30.
