It’s important that you’re comfortable working with kids who have additional needs since our son has been diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. He's quite verbal and independent, but every once in a while, he might have a little meltdown after a busy day at school. Also, we have two adorable cats, so being okay with pets is a must, though you won't need to take care of them!

We also have a larger dog and a cat, both very friendly. No nanny duties will be required for the pets.
