A little bit about us

We are a loving conservative family located in Fairhope, Alabama, We are seeking a part-time nanny for our energetic toddler. As our toddler grows, we want to ensure he receives the attention and care he needs while we are busy with our daily activities.

We are looking for a reliable and caring individual to join our family in a live-out capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers, be engaging, and love to play and explore with our little one.

The role involves overseeing playtime, assisting with his meals, ensuring his safety plan some activities and encouraging to grow up in a positive environment. We value communication and most importantly stability . This is not a short term position . We are looking for someone who is proactive and willing to share an important role in or toddlers day to day life.

We are offering a pay rate of $15 per hour and bonus as you become part of our family . We have two boys, currently 2 years old and 3 months old, as well as two friendly Labs and a cat, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable around pets.

The primary responsibility will be caring for our baby in our home while my husband works from home and occasionally runs errands. Our toddler will be starting daycare shortly after our move, so eventually the position will primarily be one-on-one care for our baby.

Schedule:

* Approximately 7am-3pm
* 4–5 days per week
* Primarily Monday–Thursday, with occasional Friday hours
* Looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months, preferably longer

We would love to find someone who is dependable, nurturing, patient, and genuinely enjoys babies and young children. Infant experience is strongly preferred.
