Hi there, we've got 1 four-month old boy and are looking for someone to come take care of him 3-4x a week, for about 4-5hrs at a time. Mom and Dad work for nonprofits and educational institutions and are home most of the time - we just need an extra pair of hands! Will also need evening help and potentially overnights if possible (once a month or so). We do have an 80 lb golden retriever. no need to care for the dog but just be ok and sweet with him.

Hi my name is Ryan Lipson and my daughter, Penelope Lipson, is a beautiful 6 month old, happy smiley baby! She's curious about everything and loves being outside. She is very social and more on the advanced side when it comes to mobility. So we expect her to crawl and she loves to play but can absolute entertain herself and self sooth. Not fuzzy unless she's hungry or tired, normal things.
I would prefer to have someone come everyday between 8am-12pm but I am open to discuss other options. I am also open to nanny share, my daughter loves being around people and we love the socialization aspect of her being with other kids her age.
We don't have any important specifications outside of having open communication with the nanny as well as other parents and some pictures throughout the day if possible. Outside of that I am open to working with the nanny in regards to drop off and pick up etc...
