Hi, we are in need of an in home nanny for our 7 month old son! 8-4 weekdays while I work from home in my office! Some weeks we may only need you 3-4 days out of the week, but most will be 5 day weeks. Schedule has flexibility for hours! Responsibilities include basic care of a child under 1, feeding him bottles and 1 meal of solids, lots of playing, putting him down for naps, and washing bottles and pump parts. We do have two dogs that are as sweet as can be!

Live-In Part-Time Nanny Job: The Scarano Family with 1 Child
I need help and I am looking for support. We are a Military family and my husband is a drill sergeant so he is almost never home. We don’t have family or friends around and I work full-time. I need someone to be part of my village and help pick up the slack and be there for when I need someone to lean on. I need someone who can watch and care for my son when I need to work and daycare is closed due to weather, when he is sick and cannot go to daycare or when I am sick, or need to go to an appointment, or there is an emergency.
My son is sweet and loving but struggles to engage socially. He loves music and is always singing and dancing! We do not do screen time in our house in order to encourage social interaction, problem solving, creativity, pretend play, and communication.
Experience, education, or training working with littles in any educational capacity is preferred. Enthusiasm, willingness to be silly, animated and engage in interactive play/learning-based activities are very important.
Light housework would also be helpful from time to time. Pay is negotiable, days are flexible but drop in care is likely—we can discuss a possible part-time live-in situation. Background check and drug screen is a prerequisite as well as 3 referrals that can speak to previous experience and character are a must.
